The pricing for 10x Chromium X library preparations does not include sequencing cost on the NovaSeq 6000. Targeted cell/nuclei counts and reads per cell/nuclei are project specific and will determine the sequencing required and the associated cost. The tiered cost structure for 10x Chromium X library preparation is structured to obtain cost recovery on the single use 8 sample 10x Chromium Chip. The average affiliate pricing per sample is $2050.63 for Single Cell 3' expression, $2050.63 for Single Cell 5' expression, $2065.63 for Single Cell V(D)J immune profiling, $2135.63 for Single Cell 5' Expression + V(D)J immune profiling, $1975.63 for ATAC and $3350.63 for Single Cell Multiome ATAC + 3' Gene Expression when performing an 8 sample project. The sample #1 cost is applicable for each 10x Chromium Chip required.
