His extensive portfolio includes the Cartier flagship store in London, the Kenzo flagship store in Seoul, Vogue Italia offices, Ulla Johnson’s New York showroom, and the Broadway Bar at the Nordstrom flagship up the street from 111 West 57th Street. Earlier this year, he launched a collaboration with Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams.

The de Cárdenas model unit is located in the newly constructed tower at 111 West 57th Street, which is the second-tallest residential building in the city and houses 46 full-floor and duplex units. It rises above the beautifully restored and landmarked Steinway Hall, which was converted to 14 loft residences as part of the project.
