Nancy Morrow Car Accident: After this past weekend’s flooding event, a 72-year-old woman passed away. The victim, Nancy Morrow, of Charleston, South Carolina, has been identified. As previously reported, Nancy Morrow, a resident of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, died after becoming stuck in a submerged car during Sunday night’s intense downpour.

How did the incident happen?

According to an incident report, just before 1:00 p.m., Mount Pleasant Police were dispatched to Omni Boulevard in the Ravens Run neighborhood in response to a complaint of a person stuck inside a completely submerged car.

In an attempt to save the victim, two cops and firefighters from Mount Pleasant went into the floodwater and made their way to the car. Officers performed CPR after successfully getting the victim to dry land.

Nancy Morrow’s cause of death
